Can I add a gift message to my Hamper?

Yes, all orders include a personal message card. This can be entered during the ordering process after the item has been added to the basket, there is also an opportunity to amend the message before checkout. 

If you wish to add or amend a message after you have placed your order, then please phone or email us, quoting your order reference and we will be happy to make the necessary changes. 

Can I order over the phone/by email for both Readymade and Create your own Hampers?

Yes you can order readymade hampers, create your own hampers and fine food store over the phone or by email, we have a friendly sales team ready to take your call and process your order over the phone.

Can I send a hamper overseas?

No unfortunately we do not offer this service.

Is the information I provide Purely Devon Hampers kept private?

How quickly can Purely Devon Hampers deliver?

We offer a next working day service to UK mainland on orders placed Monday to Friday before 10.00 (GMT) throughout the year.  Orders dispatched Friday for Saturday delivery will be charged a higher delivery cost, please see delivery cost for more information.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

Purely Devon Hampers accept payment via a secure payment system Sage Pay or PayPal.

If you don’t wish to pay over the internet please call our team who will be happy to help with your order. Payment will be taken with a debit/credit card. Telephone 01626 864915

Can I order more than one hamper at a time?

Yes, you can buy as many ready-made hampers as required but a maximum of 4 if you are creating your own. Should you require more than 4 create your own hampers the order will need to be made by email or over the phone 01626 864915.

Can I specify Multiple Delivery Addresses within my Order?

Yes, at checkout, with each hamper ordered you have the option to duplicate the delivery address or input a different delivery address.

How will my gift be packaged for delivery?

All hampers - jute bags, gift baskets, wicker hampers and crates have their own bespoke outer cardboard box to protect yor hamper during transit.

Can I specify a delivery day?

Yes, in the section where you fill in your delivery details for the recipient there is a calendar to select your date.

Can I select a delivery time?

No unfortunately our courier does not have specified delivery times.

How much does delivery cost?

All orders will cost £6.98 for each individual hamper weighing no more than 15kg. This price is not included in the cost of the hamper, unless specified as free delivery next to the hampers individual details. A Saturday delivery is available at a cost of £29.75. The delivery charge from our Fine Food Store is £9.98 this includes our standard charge plus £3.00 for packaging and chillers.

Do you include an invoice?

No, the only information sent with the gift is the personal message card. 

Can I check if my gift has been delivered?

When we dispatch your hamper you will be sent a dispatched email notification. We do not have a tracking system but if you would like confirmation of delivery please telephone or email and we will check for you.

What happens if my gift arrives damaged?

In the event of any missing items or breakages we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods, either by email or telephone, where we will rectify the problem as soon as possible. After this period no action will be taken.

What happens if my gift arrives late?

Although every effort is made to deliver your order on the day you request, sometimes deliveries may be delayed due to bad weather or circumstances beyond our control especially during peak periods (Christmas), we will not be held responsible.

How do I know that you have received my order?

If your order is successful you will receive an automated email confirmation, occasionally this confirmation goes into a customer’s junk mail.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

Your order can be cancelled by email or telephone at any time up to 7 days before dispatch. The order can be amended up to 24 hours before dispatch.
